Cecil the Lion ( Not a Millwall thread )
A hunter from Spain paid Zimbabwean game keepers £36,000 to shoot a lion that lived on a national park in the Country.

They enticed the lion out of the park and then the hunter shot him with a crossbow but the Lion managed to get back into the park and for 40 hours it was hunted before the Spanish guy shot it dead.

He then skinned it and chopped off his head.

I am amazed at how low some human beings will go.

Bloke is a cunt. Should be charged with murder and then fed to a pride of Lions.

Sick think to do and I dont understand the hype these hunters have about shooting such amazing creatures.

But dont these parks in Africa use this as a form of culling certain populations in the park aswell as creating alot of money?

Surely for 36 bags the park can buy another lion?

ignoring my thoughts on hunting for fun, i just don't understand how these people feel they are manly doing this

he is a human in a car with a gun

the lion is a lion

His death also means his 6 male cubs will die because another male lion will see them as competition.

I'd happily find £36,000 to watch this twat put in amongst a pride of lions without his gun.

You would pay 36k to watch a man get fucked up by a load of lions? If only you lived around 1000 bc. Could of gone to the Colosseum for free!

I'd just like to catch the cunt, tag him, set him free in a national park while I get a shooter and a 4x4 and hunt the cunt.

Wonder if he'll think it's fair.

Deserves torturing and a slow death.

Lions are a problem and the numbers need to be controlled.

If you lived in Africa you would understand.

if this was purely a culling, why was he using a cross bow to start with and then hunt it for another 40 hours and why did the lion have to be enticed out of the park ?

Talking shit manor park.
100 years ago there was 200,000 lions, now in South Africa under 30,000 in the wild.
I was over there last year and I saw the lions on Safari, beautiful animals.
Stories like this make me sad and angry.

Re: Cecil the Lion ( Not a Millwall thread )
Not sure why.

I can only imagine this is because I do not live in Africa.

I am also not sure why it takes a pack of dogs, blokes on horseback with horns to chase and kill foxes which have been bred for them to eradicate as they are a pest?

Buts that's because I do not live in the countryside.

I mean, at least lions can eat you up.

Apparently they tagged 26 lions with GPS systems in 1999 and 72% of those lions were killed by poachers.

This was canned hunting and hunting for sport by sick bastards.
Lions, rhinos, elephants, tigers, the numbers are dwindling dramatically, won't be too long before they're all extinct.

Turns out to be an American dentist who has previously shot lions and been in trouble for shooting a black bear without a license and lying to the fuzz about it.

Currently getting slated on social media.

If he likes hurting animals he should have just started a farm.

It's fine then.
